About Vaisakhi
Vaisakhi is an ancient harvest festival which is celebrated as the Sikh New Year. It was the day when Guru Gobind Singh Ji (the 10th Sikh Guru) chose to establish the Khalsa (the religious body of Sikhs all around the work). It is also celebrated as a New Year in Nepal and Bangladesh.
