Radio Harrow are proud to share that we have been shortlisted for three awards at this year’s Hospital Broadcasting Association Awards. The annual awards ceremony puts a spotlight on outstanding work that hospital and community radio stations have produced over the year.
Presenter Antonia Vlad, part of our Saturday Brunch show, has been shortlisted as a finalist nomination for the category of Best Newcomer.
A special programme dedicated to celebrating the life of our friend, and colleague, Brian Rose, has been nominated for the category of Best Event.
Finally, an on air promo to promote our North West London Wellbeing Challenge campaign; encouraging good wellbeing habits, has been nominated for the category of Best Station Promotion.
Radio Harrow’s Vice-Chair and Programming Manager, Andrew Bottcher, told the website:
“I’m extremely proud that we have had three nominations for the Hospital Broadcasting Association awards, this year.
Radio Harrow is home of great quality entertainment for Harrow, Brent and Ealing and I’m so glad that we have been recognised for the amazing work we do.
Congratulations to all our nominees.”
The awards ceremony will be in April, at the HBA’s annual conference, held in Leicestershire.
