St Luke’s Hospice’s annual Summer Fete was held on Sat 6th June. The fete provided an opportunity for people to learn more about the great work that St Luke’s do.
The event featured many stalls and activities run by members of the community. Radio Harrow supported the event providing music, interviews and announcing the much coveted raffle draw.
The Deputy Mayor of Harrow, Rekha Shah was also in attendance and addressed the people at the Fete.
We spoke to the Principal of St. Dominic’s College, Andrew Parkin, who led a group of 35 staff from the college in a 5km walk to raise money for the hospice. Listen to the interview here:
